Methow Valley Home Builder
Gunn Ranch Farmhouse, Yurt and Barn- A 2,400 square-foot home, remodeled from the original farmhouse with design by architect Joseph Hurley. The project included a timber-frame barn, large solar system, geothermal heat system and yurt, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, reused materials, local sourcing and FSC-certified wood products. The house was designed to be a “net-zero” house, combing extensive energy efficiency measures and renewable energy sources.

"In 20 years of designing residential projects, Flash Clark is one of the best builders I have ever worked with. The quality of his work is exemplary, and (possibly even more important) Flash is a good listener and a good communicator. In resolving the inevitable questions that come up during construction, Flash speaks clearly and directly about the issues, and is always focused on getting the right solution for the clients."-- Joseph Hurley AIA
